Authentic recipes perfected by Ornella herself,who is dedicated to cooking according to purchasing local produce and a “zero mile food” philosophy.
‘Sopressata’, filet of Sorano black piglet from Maremma, goat, and the unforgettable traditional Tuscan canapés flavoured with spices from Ornella’s own kitchen garden! You should not miss out on the ‘Pici all’agliata’, ‘Acquacotta’, the ‘Malfatti’ and spinach and ricotta tortellini.
The wild boar stew is a good choice for those who would like a second course with a bit of a kick!
T-bone steak? The cherry on the cake of Tuscan gastronomy is available upon request.Ornella herself guarantees its quality and hand picks it from neighbouring Pitigliano, choosing its cut and maturation.
As a sweet conclusion the most typical choice would be the ‘Tozzetti’, which are lovingly home-made.
Ornella’s choices for dinner are a reflection of her personality: maternal and family oriented.
